The original memorial, as all memorials, simply stated the initials and surname of those fallen, as was decreed by the King as they were all equal in death.

Every attempt has been made to correctly identify the 58 men and 1 woman on this memorial and we trust that you will understand that although every attempt has been made to offer accurate information based on the evidence we have found , we are still human and open to occasional error .
